課程概述

本課程主要在介紹全面品質與創新擴散的原理原則，相關的管理演進與方法，及其在健康照護機構的實際應用，內容包含推行品質管理所需的領導統馭、組織文化與架構、群隊運作、相關理論原則的說明外、推行模式與整合，以及加入品質管理與創新擴散之實際運用的各種工具、手法及進階的應用，以及國內外健康照護機構與企業界的個案討論。
The purpose of this course is designed to introduce basic principles, theories and applications of total quality management and diffusion of innovations in health care organization including topic of leadership, organizational culture and framework, teamwork, implementation model as well as tools, techniques and advanced applications in health care organization and other industries. 

課程目標
 1.希望將品管與創新擴散之理論與實務相配合，讓學生經由學習，能夠檢視、省思與批判；
2.可以將品管工具、技巧與創新擴散的思維，應用到健康照護機構以及健康產業，來解決品質管理與創新上所面臨的問題與挑戰。
To combine theories and applications of quality management and diffusion of innovations for students to examine, reflect and critique.
To prepare for all students in facing and solving problems and challenges of health care organizations and health industry in the future.
